What does wellness mean?
For us, it means being proactive. It includes living in a way to allow the innate intelligence of the body the freedom and the opportunity to do what is best to keep us living healthy and happy lives.
Wellness care means you are eating in a way to avoid toxins and provide the nutrients and energy needed to heal, grow, play, work, live, evolve, grow and have fun. It means you are taking care of your body with proper dental care, hygiene, exercise, and sleep. It also means being at your best so that when a crisis occurs, you will be able to respond quickly, easily, appropriately, and be back to living again soon.
How does Chiropractic fit into that? By removing interference from the nerve system and by removing the distortions keeping you in pain and dis-ease, the innate intelligence of the body is given the freedom to allow all of that to work better. Nutrition practices become more effective, and exercise is easier and more productive. Emotions are more readily and easily processed, and clarity of thought can even improve.
